Terms and Conditions

Below you will find general terms and conditions that apply when you as a consumer visit www.my-trend.se or place an order with us. You agree to these terms and conditions for each purchase made with us and the agreement is valid between MY-TREND and the consumer.

1. GENERAL

 

1.1 MY-TREND is a website owned by the company Jennifer Louise Beauty AB. More detailed information and contact information can be found on the site (www.my-trend.se).

1.2 By agreeing to the general terms and conditions provided by MY-TREND, you are committing to a legal agreement that is valid from the date of the order until you have received the goods and the order has been paid.

1.3 To contact MY-TREND, follow the instructions given under the "contact" tab on the website.

1.4 MY-TREND reserves the right to make changes to the general terms and conditions of the site. However, the conditions that occurred at your most recent approval are still valid for you as an individual consumer. We are not responsible for changes that have been made without notifying specific consumers, all changes that are made to the Terms of Use are published on this page and it is up to each individual (consumer) to update themselves about any changes. By continuing to use the site after any changes, you agree to the terms that are effective at the present time.

1.5 MY-TREND reserves itself for any typos and price adjustments that occur on www.my-trend.se. This may be due to supplier price adjustments, currency changes and / or shipping cost adjustments.

1.6 All material appearing on the site www.MY-TREND.SE as well as our Instagram @mytrendse is protected and owned by Jennifer Louise Beauty AB. This includes all pictures, texts, layouts, graphics, brands and products on the website. None of the above may be used without the written permission of MY-TREND.

 

 

2. ORDERS & AGREEMENTS

2.1 When ordering products from MY-TREND you agree to the terms of use and the general terms and conditions of the site. These are approved in connection with the order in the shopping cart and are valid until you have received your order and the goods have been paid. The terms and the agreement start to apply after you receive your order confirmation on your specified e-mail from MY-TREND.se

2.2 To enter into an agreement and complete a purchase with MY-TREND you must be at least 18 years old.

2.3 At each order you will receive an order confirmation for the specified e-mail in the order. We urge all customers to save this order confirmation for future purposes in order to be able to easily track the order in case of any errors, disputes or questions.

2.4 Every order is approved when it is handled by the warehouse, you as a consumer have the right and opportunity to withdraw your order until it is shipped from our warehouse. Thereafter, provisions for return and withdrawal apply.

2.5 MY-TREND is not responsible for any inventory or balance errors. This means that we have the right to revoke an order that has been made outside of the warehouse's capacity and start a refund to you as the customer concerned.

3. PRICES, PROMOTIONS & FEES

3.1 All prices stated on the website apply. For promotions and price changes, the terms and conditions stated in connection with the issuance of the promotion apply. Prices include the goods incl. 25% VAT, all prices are stated in Swedish currency and any fees may apply for purchases outside Sweden's borders.

3.1 We are not responsible for price changes that occur in connection with reductions, realization and promotions. We reserve the right to withdraw these prices and offers as stated in the promotional terms and conditions.

3.2 All prices and any fees included in your purchase are clearly stated in your shopping cart before you approve and complete your purchase.
 

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1 Our vision is to be able to deliver your order as quickly, smoothly and safely as possible. We ship all orders as soon as they are approved and handled by the warehouse.

4.2 The delivery time stated on the site is the one that applies, we reserve ourselves for any delays in case products are not available in stock. In this case, you as a consumer are always notified in advance to get an overview of the delay.

4.3 Each order specifies a tracking number that allows you as a consumer to trace your parcel from our warehouse home to your mailbox or nearest post office.

4.4 MY-TREND cooperates in agreement with POSTNORD SWEDEN.

4.5 All parcels requiring delivery must be retrieved before the specified pick-up time has expired.

4.6 You always have the opportunity to trace your packages from MY-TREND via PostNord's tracking tool. You do this with the tracking code specified when ordering. You can also keep coal on your package through the application "POSTNORD".

4.7 If, as a consumer, you have not collected your package within the specified time frame for delivery, we have the right to charge a fee for the shipping cost as the package will be returned to MY-TREND.

5. RIGHT OF RIGHT

5.1 According to the current consumer purchasing law, you as a consumer have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop at MY-TREND. This cancellation deadline starts from the day you received your order.

5.2 You have the opportunity to regret even before the time limit for the withdrawal period has started by contacting MY-TREND.

5.3 If you have repented within the time limit for the withdrawal period, contact MY-TREND. The undo return must be returned to MY-TREND within 14 days of you contacting us that you have regretted. Please see our contact details on the site.

5.4 The buyer (you) is responsible for the return shipping of the package. Remember to request a receipt for your shipment to use this to your advantage in the event of a dispute.
 


6. Right of claim

6.1 According to the statutory consumer right, you as a consumer have 3 years of right to claim.

6.2 The complaint should be made within a reasonable time frame from the time you received your item.

6.2 In the event of a complaint you must be able to prove that your item was purchased from MY-TREND. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact our customer service via the contact details you find on the site.

6.4 In case of approved complaint, any shipping cost is paid by MY-TREND.

6.5 MY-TREND reserves the right to deny a complaint if it is not considered incorrect within the framework of the statutory consumer protection law.

6.6 In the event of a complaint, MY-TREND always complies with the guidelines of the General Complaints Board (ARN). You can find more information about this section at www.ARN.se.
 


7. COMPLAINT

6.1 We would like to hear complaints as soon as possible if dissatisfaction with you as a consumer exists. Our goal is 100% satisfied customers and wants to resolve all disputes as quickly and smoothly as possible for both parties.

7. #MYTREND

7.1 When using #mytrendse, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

7.2 The terms and conditions for the use of #mytrendse in social media include that you grant our use of all photos and moving material for promotional purposes upon approval by the creator (you). We do not claim ownership of the material.


 

8. CAMPAIGN CODES & DISCOUNTS

8.1 It is not possible to combine multiple discounts and promotions in one purchase. This also applies in some cases to price reductions which cannot be combined with discount codes.

8.2 You can of course use a promotional code even in the event of a change. If the discount or promotion is left on the website then fill in the return slip as usual. However, if the promotion has ended and is no longer displayed on the website, you are welcome to contact our customer service HERE to complete your return and continue to use your discount.

8.3 We are responsible for ensuring that the discount codes that are available to our customers are always exposed in a way that allows as many people as possible to use them. We never distribute discount codes that differ in value during the same time period so that you as a customer should not feel confident that you will receive the best offer on the site during your purchase.

8. OTHER

8.1 These general terms and conditions comply with the Swedish laws that are regulated in the Swedish online commerce & Swedish consumer law. These may be changed and / or excluded when purchases are made outside Sweden.
