Is it possible to change a placed order?


You can change your order until it´s shipped from us. Send a e-mail to kontakt@my-trend.se and tell us what you would like to change, mark the e-mail with "change order" and we will do the best we can to help you.




Is my order shipped?


When the order is shipped from us you will receive a delivery confirmation to your email adress. All orders are shipped within 24 hours and the shipping can take up to 5 working days depending on where you live. It's always possible to track your package thru this link, http://www.postnord.se/. Use the tracking number you received in your delivery confirmation email. You´re always welcome to contact us if you have any questions regarding your orders or packages.

My item was defective when it arrived to me. What do I do?


We always ensure the quality of the products before we send them out to our customers. If you receive a defect item we advidce you to always contact us as quick as you possible can to ensure that we're able to replace the item with a similar product. How do I use a cupon-code?


All campaigns and cupon codes are used and automatically applied in the check out. If you have recieved a cupon code you write it in the "cupon-code" section when you check out.




Where do I find cupon codes?


We work a lot with social medias and mainly INSTAGRAM (mytrendse). To stay updated we advice you to follow us and also sign up to our newsletter here on the site. You find the sign-up form if you scroll all the way down on ur homepage. We send newsletters with special offers and inspiration everyday, it's totally ok to unsubscribe if you don't want to recive our emails anymore.
